1. What services do you offer?​

We specialise in design and print solutions for schools, colleges, and educational trusts. Our services include:

  • Prospectus design and print

  • Roller banners and large format displays

  • School branding and rebranding materials

  • Stationery, brochures, and newsletters

  • Event materials (e.g., open days, graduation)

  • School Signage – we supply but don’t install and can get you highly competitive prices.​

 

2. Do you only work with educational institutions?

Yes — our expertise is focused on the education sector. We understand the unique needs of schools and sixth forms, including academic calendars, budget cycles, and approval processes.

 

3. Can you help with content creation, or do we need to supply everything?

We’re flexible. You can provide the content, images, and logos—or we can assist with writing, editing, photography sourcing, and layout design. We’re happy to collaborate with your marketing or leadership team to get the message just right.

 

4. What’s the typical turnaround time?

This depends on the scope of the project. A standard prospectus might take 2–4 weeks from concept to delivery. For smaller print jobs like banners or stationery, turnaround is often 3–7 working days. We’ll always confirm timings in advance—and we pride ourselves on meeting tight deadlines when needed.

 

5. Can you handle urgent reprints or last-minute edits?

Yes. We've worked with many schools to turn around urgent changes—sometimes within 24 hours. While we encourage early sign-off, we understand real-world challenges and always aim to be responsive and solutions-focused.

 

6. What areas do you cover?

We're based in the UK and work with schools and trusts nationwide. Most of our services are handled remotely, and we can deliver printed materials to your door—no matter your location.

 

7. Do you offer eco-friendly printing options?

Yes. We can provide sustainable paper stocks, soy-based inks, and carbon-neutral print solutions. If sustainability is part of your school’s values, let us know—we’ll align our materials accordingly. We also are a carbon neutral business so we already off set our carbon footprint by planting trees. 

 

8. How do we get started?

Simply get in touch via our contact form, email, or phone. We'll schedule a quick chat to understand your needs and provide a no-obligation quote and timeline.

 

9. Can we see examples of your past work?

10. How do you ensure quality and accuracy?

We involve your team throughout the design and proofing process and won’t go to print without your final approval. Our experience with education clients ensures we catch common pitfalls and help you avoid costly reprints.

 

11. Do you offer high quality print processes?

Yes we can run lithographic, lamination, embossing or other printing finishes you may want. We will set up your artwork for the print process depending on what you are looking for. If you are not sure of the pantone colour for lithography we can advise.

 

12. What are your prices?

We price according to your need. So please treat this table as indicative.

  • A4 saddle stitch brochure 12 pages - 100 copies £250

  • A4 saddle stitch brochure 12 pages - 250 copies £350

  • A4 saddle stitch brochure 12 pages - 500 copies £420

 

Design Prices

  • Design work for 12 pages including cover £400

  • Design work for 16 pages including cover £600

 

We can offer you a basic template design or bespoke design depending on other publications that you may have seen. We are happy to price match any *comparable offer you may have received from another print agent.
