Somerhill School – Rebranding Support for Open Event Materials

Overview: As part of their broader rebranding initiative, Somerhill School partnered with us to develop a suite of promotional materials for the new academic year. The objective was to align the school’s visual identity across all literature and display items for an upcoming open event.

​

Our Approach: Working closely with the school’s marketing team, we designed a series of roller banners incorporating the updated brand colours, logos, and imagery. Additionally, we produced branded tablecloths and a large-scale pop-up banner. The latter required extensive artwork refinement to ensure high-resolution output without pixelation.

Outcome: All materials were completed ahead of the event deadline and delivered within the allocated budget. Our team maintained close communication with the marketing department throughout the process to ensure timely approvals and seamless delivery.

Case Study 2
University of Kent Academy Trust – Sixth Form Prospectus Redesign

Overview: We were commissioned to redesign and print the University of Kent Academy Trust's Sixth Form prospectus, with a focus on modernising its look and updating key content for the upcoming academic year.

​

Our Approach: The project involved a comprehensive revamp, including a full colour palette change, updated layout design, new imagery, and revised written content. We also updated the curriculum and course options to reflect the latest offerings from the Trust.

​

Outcome: The redesigned prospectus was delivered on schedule, with 600 copies printed and shipped to the school in time for distribution. The final product reflected the school’s evolving identity and met all expectations for style and accuracy.

Case Study 3
Chatham Grammar Prospectus

Client: Chatham Grammar

Overview: Chatham Grammar engaged us to develop their school  prospectus that would capture the school’s values, showcase its modern curriculum, and reflect its inclusive and aspirational environment.

​

Our Approach: 

We worked closely with the school’s senior leadership and marketing team to develop a clean, engaging layout paired with updated imagery and revised content. Our design approach focused on enhancing visual appeal while ensuring consistency in branding, tone, and messaging throughout the publication. During the final stages of production, however, a delay in the school’s internal proofing process led to a late discovery of essential content changes — after the initial print run had been completed. Understanding the urgency of the situation, our team acted swiftly, working extended hours to implement the necessary revisions. We secured final sign-off and managed a rapid reprint, ensuring the updated version was delivered in time for the school's open event.

Outcome: Despite the unexpected challenge, the final prospectus was delivered on the day of the event — accurate, high-quality, and ready for both print and digital use. The document now serves as a professional and inspiring introduction to the school, aligning with Chatham Grammar’s academic vision and brand identity.
